At ComfortVeda, your comfort is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- For hygiene reasons, products like pillows, cushions, and mattress protectors cannot be returned once opened, unless they are damaged or defective.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
Replacements
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures, and we will arrange a free replacement.
